LEARNING FROM THOSE WHO TEACH

The Teaching over Time study aims to learn:

How has teaching changed in recent years given significant policy shifts?

In what ways have teachers adapted?

What school conditions promote positive changes in teaching practice?

Teachers participating in the Teaching over Time study provide current videos of their typical teaching practice.

These videos are viewed along with teachers’ past videos to better understand what teaching looks like over time.

Teachers in the ToT study previously participated in the Measures of Effective Teaching (MET) project.

These experienced teachers from six urban school districts are uniquely able to help us understand teaching changes over time.
